Scout Properties

SCOUT LogoAn up and coming real estate company, Scout Properties, recently joined as members of E|SPACES. Scout Properties is not only enjoying all the benefits of being an E|SPACES member, but we are also helping them meet all of the requirements and regulations surrounding the real estate industry. You can read a brief introduction to Scout Properties below.

Scout exists to serve our buyers and sellers in making the best decision with the most important financial decision of their life. Scout is a residential real estate company structured on an employee-based model, rather than the traditional agent-based model.

Scout offers disproportionate value to our customers through a unique use of people, process, technology, and standards. Scout’s revenue model is designed to be scalable, sellable, leveraged and recurring.

Our efforts are primarily focused on developing channel accounts through business to business relations. Scout believes in the importance of being capitalist as well as compassionate. Proceeds from each transaction will be designated toward our Homes for Homes mission. Scout not only provides housing for our clients who can afford homes, but also for those who cannot.

Be sure to welcome them the next time you are in the space!

E|SPACES “Sells Out” Dedicated Space

E|SPACES, INC., a work and meeting space for entrepreneurs and small businesses, announced today that it “sold out” the dedicated space made available through the expansion of the Belle Meade location – before the new space ribbon cutting.  The company launched in July 2010 with the opening of the Belle Meade center, and in February of last year added a Cool Springs location.

The expansion of the Belle Meade center reflects Middle Tennessee’s increasing demand for office space for mobile workers and growing companies. While there is a waiting list for dedicated space, E|SPACES is still able to meet the demand for memberships that give access to the open workspace and meeting rooms.

According to E|SPACES CEO Phil Gibbs, “People today are looking for flexible solutions that meet their needs for a place to work and meet with colleagues and clients.  What they are not looking for is a five year lease that locks them into something that may not meet their needs in six months.”

One of Nashville’s noteworthy start-up technology companies, Populr.me, was E|SPACES very first dedicated space client.

“E|SPACES solved a real problem for us,” said Nick Holland, CEO of Populr.me. “We are growing rapidly and now our whole team can operate out of our own space, while retaining access to all the amenities of E|SPACES. E|SPACES flexible membership options provide a perfect solution for this phase of our growth.”

Joining Populr.me as a dedicated space client is long-time Nashville tech company bytes of knowledge (b:ok), a full-service provider of technology solutions for entrepreneurs, mid-size business as well as government and corporate clientele.  E|SPACES is providing a similar transition solution for b:ok as they prepare for relocation into their new headquarters. CEO Julie May reported:

“E|SPACES made it so easy to work with them.  The agreement is short and sweet, the turnaround time was quick, and their staff have been available on demand.”

E|SPACES operates on a membership model, with flexible plans for individuals, small companies and large corporations. With an open contemporary design that can be compared to an upscale airport lounge, members select the workspace that meets their particular need or reserve a meeting room. While the open space along with reserved meeting room options works great for many current and prospective members, others require their own designated workspace.  The newly available dedicated space memberships fulfill that need by providing members with their own private and secure workspace.

Entrepreneur Jeff Heeren jumped at the opportunity to sign up for a small dedicated space.  One of his companies, NumberGarage.com, has customers in all 50 states and is a virtual telephone number company that ports phone numbers into their system and forwards calls to any other telephone number for only $10 a month.  Heeren has been a member for some time and said recently:

“E|SPACES allows me to get out of my home office and focus on my work in a great environment, without the capital investment and long-term commitment of traditional offices.”

Smartvue Corporation’s Martin Renkis is another long-term E|SPACES member who is pleased with the model:

“We love the functionality of E|SPACES and it is great to be around so many entrepreneurs and growing companies—and the concierges are amazing. We are excited to now have our own private space and are confident it will serve our needs for some time.”

In addition to the centers in Belle Meade and Cool Springs, E|SPACES is planning to open centers in other entrepreneurial, business friendly cities similar to Nashville.
