Is E|SPACES a physical location or virtual workplace?

It is a physical workplace, offering meeting space, collaborative space and dedicated offices. We offer all the amenities of a traditional office without the overhead of leasing your own building. We have locations in Cool Springs, Belle Meade and Chattanooga with future facilities opening in Franklin and Orlando. When you sign up for one, you get access to all locations.

Will I have my own private office?

Yes, if that’s what you need, but we also offer collaborative space and smaller office space if you only need a physical location part of the time. We offer fully furnished micro offices, team rooms for small companies and team project space for corporations as well as fully-equipped meeting space. We have unique spaces to match only what you need to do your best work. Contact us now for a tour.

Can I reserve a specific space in advance?

With membership, you can reserve any of the meeting rooms and dedicated offices in advance. Collaborative workspaces are on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a variety of spaces so generally you will be able to find a space that meets your needs.

Can I reserve a meeting room without joining as a member?

Yes, we’ll accommodate you for meeting space at the non-member rate during normal business hours if you only need it on the fly. Contact us for non-member pricing and availability.

What services do the concierges provide?

Concierges provide support for all your office needs at E|SPACES.  E|SPACES is staffed with concierge support Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. to assist with technical problems you may encounter such as connecting to the wireless, printing from your laptop and connecting to our displays for a presentation or video conference call. Concierges help reserve meeting rooms and are available to answer questions. They do not function as personal assistants to answer your phone or run errands, but can refer you to preferred sources for all your other needs.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No. There is no lease to sign and no long-term commitment. Membership is month to month.

It’s easy. Schedule a tour, or if you’re ready, join now from our website. Just read and agree to the terms of service, select your membership level and enter your payment information. A concierge will give you an orientation and set you up to start enjoying the many benefits of membership.
