Our Team

As President of e|spaces since 2014, Jon Pirtle helped launch the pioneering workspace company and has overseen its growth in becoming an industry leader. Under his guidance and with his understanding of key market and performance metrics, e|spaces has opened locations throughout the Southeast, serving thousands of people and hundreds of businesses. Today, e|spaces has more than 150,000 sqft of workspaces for lease. In today’s business environment, the e|spaces model, flexibility, cost structure and client-centric focus is perfectly suited to meet the changing needs of companies of all sizes.

Justin moved to Nashville in 2011 from his home of 7 years in Northern Virginia to join the e|spaces team. He graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He worked 5 years in the consumer and professional banking market, with a specialty in operations and customer service. Most notably, he worked with Capital One Bank where he was assigned to several retail branches. In each branch, he improved operations and customer interactions by refining old systems and implementing new ones. Justin also likes to go out to Colorado as much as possible to partake in the outdoor sports of downhill skiing and snowshoeing.

Tiffani is a Tennessee local who studied Business Management at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Tiffani started her career with e|spaces as the first Location Manager of our Chattanooga location and has since then become our Director of Operations. Her previous years of experience in management, customer service, sales, and time spent at e|spaces made her the perfect fit for this role. It is easy to see that Tiffani thoroughly enjoys working with and serving people.
When she is not working you can find her outside with her Goldendoodles, Ellie and Charlie.

Holly graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.B.A. and holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. Over the course of her career, she has worn many hats working as an Administrative Assistant, Operations Manager, and Financial Controller. Holly enjoys problem solving and working with numbers.
When she isn’t busy crunching numbers, you can find her playing board games with friends and family, taking Taekwondo classes with her boys, and cheering them on at their basketball games. When time allows, Holly and her husband
love to travel and have a goal to take their sons to all 50 states!
